Some people thrive on change, others get freaked out by just the thought of things changing.  Vicki and I are ones who don’t mind change as long as we see that it’s change for the better.  Over the past 3 years with AIM, we have been in constant change, and most of it for the better.  We have changed responsibilities, changed offices, changed supervisors, changed processes, changed homes, we’re pretty much change overloaded.  We’re ready for things to settle down and settle in.  However, once again we find ourselves in the midst of change.  We recently went through an organizational restructuring and now we are going through a building renovation.  We are in the process of making a training center for our training camps and finishing out our upstairs with new offices.  So, in the transition time we are all doubled up in offices and making it worked.  We know the end result will be worth the short inconvience.

In the midst of all the change we know that God does not change.  He’s the same yesterday, today and forever.  So we keep our eyes on Him, we remain faithful to Him and what He wants for us.  Here are some pictures of what’s going on.Construction

  2. Hey Guys,
Your attitudes certainly are god honoring! It is much easier to complain when your life is constantly undergoing change. You said it well in your 4/18 post. The Lord does provide! Sorry the big summer plans and trip didnt work out. Everyone is changing their plans some. Your firstborn for a tank of gas is about right! Glad to hear you are doing well and will continue to pray for you and the family. Will lift up your requests.

  3. Thanks for the info. Change for the better is what the Christian life is all about, 2 Cor 3:16 and the final change on the day of resurrection, I Cor 15:52, I Jn 3:2. You are moving in the right direction for His Glory
