Our six interns left for a roadtrip today.  Originally they were to leave this morning at 5:30AM but.... when I came into the office, I had this great blog entry waiting for me by Becca Arnold, one of our interns.

So it is 11:28pm on the 29th of November and in about 40 or so minutes my team and I will be heading out to Mexico.  I have to say I have never done this before.  It is very new to me.  I'm excited though.  Em and I are a little excited and not sure quite what to think.  I thought I would post a note saying this.  Its CRAZY.  The original plan was for a 5am departure.  Well the guys call asking if it is okay if we leave at three instead.  We said okay thinking we would catch a couple hours of sleep then sleep more in the car.  We then not 10 minutes later Ash comes in with Seth on speaker calling a meeting.  So the four of us gather in our room and then we hear the idea.  At first I was like.  "What about Driver?  He has to drive all the way and he has had no sleep."  Well we went out on our back balcony to have a meeting in person with the guys who live to floors down and one door over.  And after driver saying its okay with him and that the boys didn't pressure him.  We said why not.  Not like we will have another time to do this.   I'm not sure how I said yes to it.  Defiantly not my personality. 

So they are off and the office is quiet.  I miss them already, but I know they are going to have a great time and grow so much in their walk wtih God.  They promise to post pictures and when they do I will share them with you too.  The interns have been a joy and they have helped us so much, they are great workers and I thank God for them everyday!
