I am in England and it is great to be back. Last yearI spent two weeks in England and really got to know the people well. This time around I am only here for 5 days and time is going fast. I have been able to see so many people and reconnect, which has been such a great thing. I enjoy making the connections with the people who we minister too and the people we partner with but the best part of my visits are just hanging out with those on the FYM team. I love being with the team, spending time with them and seeing the changes in their lives.

The joy of this trip has been seeing this team develop. I have a great opportunity to be the person they get to know first at AIM, I interview them, help them get all their papers in line, give pointers on raising up a team of people to support them, disciple them, answer all their questions, pray with them over the phone, etc. Just through that process I see changes in their lives. Then I meet them for the first time face to face at training camp. I love those two weeks watching them prepare, praying with them and then sending them off to their locations. Then, the best part is going and visiting them in their locations they are ministering in and seeing the growth in their lives first hand. I love watching them ministering to people and loving on them. I love watching them being challenged and then stepping up to the challenge and succeeding by putting God first. I love that they allow me to be a part of thier lives.ย  What a privilege to serve God this way. I love this part of my job.

The England FYM team has embraced the English culture and thriving in ministry. They have built so

many relationships with people and the English people love them. Since I have been here, everyone feels they need to come to me and sing the praises of this team. What a great group of individuals God has brought together. They are being used in such great ways. England is a hard place to minister in, but God has developed a team that getting it and doing it. PTL!

The first picture is of Drew, he was Joseph in the school assembly this morning. I still can not believe that we go into the schools and tell Bible Stories. The team did a great job acting out the life of Joseph. The other picture is Kristine and Andrea, two girls on the FYM team. The three of them want to come on staff next year and presently are going through the hiring process. Pray for them along with Chad as the four of them seek out what God wants for them in the future.

Thanks for your prayers as I have three more days left here and a lot to accomplish.
