The boys have been back in school for three weeks now and our lives are in full swing. The days are busy and full of many obstacles, but during times like this, God reveals Himself to us in just the way we need Him too.
Here is a Psalm that God has revealed to me:
Psalm 15:2-5
“He whose walk is blameless and who does what is righteous,
who speaks the truth from his heart and has no slander on his tongue,
who does his neighbor no wrong and casts no slur on his fellowman,
who despises a vile man but honors those who fear the Lord,
who keeps his oath even when its hurts,
who lends his money without usury and does not accept a bribe against the innocent.
He who does these things will never be shaken.”
Praise God that during all the times that we are trying so hard to walk it out, He promises us that we will never be shaken.
What a promise, to never be shaken.
With lifes obstacles thrown at me each day, I will not be shaken!
Yeah, but the HARDEST part is to DO all those things listed in that verse.
He who does ALL those things will not be shaken. It’s a great verse, and a tall order. Maybe that’s why so many of us ARE shaken…..you know?
