Saturday morning I will be heading to England.   It will be great to go back and see how much things have changed in one year.  A year ago I went to England for the first time and my eyes were opened - WIDE.  The country as a whole is so dark to God.  You walk around for a little bit and you just feel the darkness and coldness. 

We have 10 FYM's in England this year.  Here is a picture of them at Training Camp this past September involved in a team building exercise. 

There are 4 FYM's who would like to come on staff and I will be interviewing them this week.  I will be visiting our ministry sites and encouraging the team in any way I can.   Thanks for your prayers for me.  I will be updating the blog as often as I can this week.
