We were actually able to teach the Bible story about the 10 lepers coming to Jesus, all were healed and only one came back to thank Him.
Can you believe that!
And for all of you who have ever been with me working with children, I led them in the song, “He’s my Rock, my Sword, my Shield.”
Yes, this is a public school and our FYM’s are teaching about God and we are singing Bible songs.
For all of you who faithfully support us through prayer and finances, look at where your money is going.
God’s Kingdom is being advanced because of you!
I introduced my study on Spiritual Gifts this afternoon and gave them a lot of work to do.
They are working on finding a definition of each of the gifts from the Bible.
We will discuss that tomorrow.
My goal for the end of the week is for them to identify their spiritual gifts and also identify all of their team member’s gifts.
I want them to have a clear understanding of each gift that God gives to us and for them to see that loving and empowering others is the best way for us to use our gifts to the fullest.
When someone is encouraging you in your gifts you want to use it more and it makes you feel good.
That is what I want them to walk away with, loving others, encouraging others and then using their gifts to glorify God.
